News The Grey-Bruce Home Builders’ and Trades Association is an authorized delivery agent for training courses required by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to meet standards set in Bill 124. This training has been developed and is intended to be delivered to municipal building officials, builders, design professionals and other Building Code users. Training courses are delivered in an adult learning environment. We are not offering any Bill 124 courses at this time. Please watch this WEBSITE for future courses.
